Estimation of your barge
We establish here, a complete and illustrated file presenting your barge in a global way (general state, year of construction, size, surface, engine, administrative situation, expertises, location), then detailed (interior/exterior description, number and measurement of the rooms, materials, work carried out) and finally the characteristics and strengths (electricity, heating, air conditioning, special materials, plumbing, insulation, evacuation system). This estimate is made by us during a meticulous visit and is based on the study of similar sales in the sector as well as the price of local real estate.

Accompaniment / Advice during a barge visit when it is not under My Péniche mandate
You have found a barge and want to visit it, but you don't really know what to check (papers, holds, insulation, location, etc.). You can contact us to help you with this process. We will analyze the barge, its strong points, its weak points and its administrative situation, in order to give you the most complete and precise vision of the property you are about to buy.
PRICE: On estimate after a first interview
You must take your barge out of the water and bring it to the yard for a dry survey. We can organize it for you, by synchronizing the exit of the boat with the shipyard and the passage of an approved expert. We can also represent you during the expert's visit to the site, follow the work recommended by him, and be present for the return to the site to attend the connections (Water, electricity, gas, internet, footbridge, moorings)

Organization / Supervision of the ten-year outing and dry expertise
Establishment of a personalized barge / brokerage purchase project
You wish to acquire a barge, you do not find what you are looking for on the sales sites or you do not have time to take care of it, we can help you.

To do this, we will establish together the different search criteria for your new life project and then we will hunt for the boat you are looking for. Throughout our research, for a period of six months, we will make several proposals for properties in fit with your project.

If the project concludes with a purchase, and we will make every effort to do so, these brokerage fees will be deducted from our fees.

Support for the sale of a barge
PRICE: Between 3.5 & 5% of the sale price
We will accompany you, from the estimate to the handover, through the publication of the announcement, the visits and the organization of the expertise during the trip to the site.
